The first 24 hours after purchasing a subscription on BostadsZonen, you cannot cancel your subscription. After the expiration of the first 24 hours, you can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time.
The termination of your subscription will take effect from the end of the current payment period.

You cancel your subscription by logging in to ‘My page’ on BostadsZonen. From there you go to ‘Account’ and press ‘Cancel subscription’.
Once you have canceled your subscription, you will shortly after receive a confirmation on your cancelation of subscription per. e-mail. If you do not receive such an email, please try again or contact our customer service.
It is your responsibility to save the receipt as documentation of your cancelation.

On all housing ads, there is a button marked as a heart. If you have created a user on BostadsZonen, and you are logged in, you can press the heart button to add the rental housing to your Favorite Housings list. The list of your Favorite Housings (when you are logged in to BostadsZonen) can be found under ‘My page’ and then under ‘Favorite Housings’. Remember that you have to be logged in to save ads on your Favorite Housings list.
