Electricity is not included and is paid monthly. Washing machines can be booked in the basement. Quiet area, located next to Kungshögarna with good communications (bus stops: Valhalls väg or Bågspännarvägen). The sublet and secondhand-tenant must first be approved by the landlord Rikshem, thus the flat is approximately available from April/May 2021.
